Southeastern independent office equipment dealer expands footprint to East Tennessee
RJ Young announced today it has completed the acquisition of the office imaging side of Paxis Technologies, a privately-owned office equipment dealer.
For over 30 years, Paxis Technologies has been the leader in Imaging Technology in East Tennessee. The acquisition of Paxis Technologies further widens RJ Young’s footprint, now spanning throughout the entire state of Tennessee.
“We are very excited to be expanding into the Knoxville community,” said COO Hunter McCarty. “We look forward to further creating a presence in our home state and furthering our mission of providing excellence in printing technologies.”
All sales and service employees from Paxis Technologies will remain in Tennessee and continue to support and service for customer accounts. These employees will join more than 600 employees of RJ Young to assure the continued high expectations of standards in sales and service.
