Major Goals and Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, and provide customer service to all internal and external customers in a fast paced environment.

Essential Activities:

  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Immediately answer customer concerns or set up a call back time frame.
  • Verify all information on customer’s record, changing as necessary.
  • Enter incoming service and supply orders.
  • Assist Service technicians with chargeable service calls.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Determine calls to be routed to the Helpdesk.
  • Encourage customers to use and Activate ePASS for customers


  • High school diploma
  • Computer software knowledge
  • Customer care experience
