Major Goals and Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, and provide customer service to all internal and external customers in a fast paced environment.
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Immediately answer customer concerns or set up a call back time frame.
- Verify all information on customer’s record, changing as necessary.
- Enter incoming service and supply orders.
- Assist Service technicians with chargeable service calls.
- Follow up with customers when necessary.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
- Determine calls to be routed to the Helpdesk.
- Encourage customers to use and Activate ePASS for customers
- High school diploma
- Computer software knowledge
- Customer care experience
