  1. Major Goals and Responsibilities

Substitute for Nashville Client Print Center site personnel in event of any absence

Learn & remain updated on services/procedures in all sites

Assist with training of new site employees

Assist with implementation of new sites

Rotating Saturdays at Copy Centers with Support team

Flexibility to cover between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm when needed

Flexible to work at any location throughout Nashville and the surrounding area

Document Scanning and Indexing

Back-Fill centers for a length of time when needed

Receptionist Duties when needed

  1. Products and Services

All Office Equipment (not restricted to RJ Young equipment) PC Desktop

  1. Essential Activities

Pick-up and delivery of in-coming and out-going mail from building postal center, including opening, date stamp, and sorting.

Pick-up, sorting, anddelivery of inter-office material

Operation of copy center, facsimile and meter equipment

Retrieve/Delivery of facsimiles from departments and transmit same

Maintenance of convenience copiers

Monthly meter readings and billings

Delivery of all supplies to convenience copiers

Assistance with training process for new employees

Assist in production.

Assist with scanning projects.

Customers, prospects, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, customer care representatives, and service technicians

Willingness to go beyond minimal requirements to get the job done

Expertise with a wide variety of production equipment

Attention to detail

Ability to produce large and/or multiple simultaneous production runs, demonstrating good judgment and accuracy

Accountability and be able to work overtime when necessary

Ability to interface with customers and co-workers on all levels

Excellent attendance record

Ability to maintain cheerful and professional attitude under stress of responding to customers and co-workers needs.


Good verbal and written skills a must

Communicate on various levels

Microsoft Applications to include Excel and Word, a must

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and lift 60Ibs.

Must be able to rotate Saturdays at Copy Center with Support team.

Must have a flexible schedule to cover between 7am and 6pm when needed Monday through

Friday and available to cover around or on holidays when needed

Business Casual to Professional Dress (a Must)

  1. Prerequisites (Le., education, experience)

High school diploma required

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Microsoft Applications and Adobe Suites

Previous customer service required

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
