Major Goals and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and sell in defined accounts.
- Attain team quotas set with acceptable profitability.
- Assist with sales and competitive strategies within accounts.
Products and Services:
- Printers and related
- Establishing strategies and working with sales personnel.
- Account management through sales personnel.
- Establishing high level contacts with competitive accounts.
- Developing a team to produce to their maximum possible.
- Allowing for individual differences, but developing the members of the team.
- Time management and account management
Prerequisites: (i.e., education, training, experience):
- College graduate
- Previous sales experience in copier/facsimile/printer equipment required.
- Previous management experience preferred.
