Nashville, Tenn. (February 03, 2016) – RJ Young, one of the nation’s largest independent office technology dealers, announced AJ Baggott as its new chief financial officer. Baggott brings leadership experience in both public and private accounting and financial analysis.
Baggott most recently served as vice president of financial reporting and investor relations for Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc., where he provided leadership within the finance and accounting teams, served as subject matter expert for acquisitions and capital structure transactions and managed oversight of financial reporting including Security and Exchange Commission filings and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to joining Diversicare Health Services Inc. he held various positions with Deloitte.

Baggott is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lipscomb University and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, served as a young leaders board member, treasurer for Make-A-Wish of Middle Tennessee and is a Young Leaders Council graduate.

Ric Carr, Ricoh technical support manager for the Southern region, and Dru Baker, region VP-dealer division South, presented the award to Steve Huff, vice-president of service for RJ Young.

The award is based on a combined score of the following categories: Use of Genuine Ricoh Parts and Supplies, Services-Led Initiatives, Hardware & Solutions Training, Relevant Industry Certifications, Service Organization Structure, Field Staff & Help Desk Productivity & Efficiency Measures, Customer Satisfaction Measurement Process & System, Effective Utilization of Ricoh Resources, and Business Plan Management & Process Improvement.

RJ Young, one of the largest independent office technology dealers in the United States, today announced the promotion of three members to its executive leadership team in support of strategic growth initiatives: Mike Noffsinger, Kerry Pelham and Joey Lush.
Promoted to regional director of sales – east, Mike Noffsinger will now oversee sales functions for the eastern portion of the company’s territory. Noffsinger has been instrumental in growing RJ Young’s brand and his efforts to build a strong team have led RJ Young to become the largest company of it’s kind in Middle Tennessee and one of the largest in the country. He attended Murray State University, has been with RJ Young since 2003 and resides in Hendersonville, Tenn. with his wife and two children.
Kerry Pelham has been promoted to regional director of sales – west. Pelham will oversee sales functions for the western portion of the company’s territory. Pelham has risen through the ranks at RJ Young, having had roles of sales manager in various departments of the company. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, he has been with RJ Young since 1999 and resides in Jackson, Tenn. with his wife and three children.
In recognition of his contributions and to ensure the technology is at the forefront of continued growth, Joey Lush, director of information technology, has been appointed to the RJ Young executive leadership team. Lush has built the company’s information technology infrastructure, including databases, servers, network support team and enterprise operating systems. He attended Middle Tennessee State University, has been with RJ Young since 2003 and resides in Murfreesboro, Tenn. with his three children.

(ABS) to expand its printing, promotional products and end-to-end marketing fulfillment services to help businesses improve management of their marketing collateral and workflow.
ABS, based in Nashville, is a leading supplier of print and promotional products, servicing clients nationwide. The acquisition strengthens RJ Young’s end-to-end printing and marketing fulfillment capabilities by adding ABS’s experienced team, expanding RJ Young’s nationwide account base and facilitating access to key vertical markets.
“This acquisition demonstrates our commitment to aggressive growth through investing in key solutions that integrate with our current business, and further illustrates RJ Young’s commitment to customers by investing in services that they need in order to succeed,” said Chip Crunk, president and chief executive officer of RJ Young.
Crunk added, “ABS’s experienced team will add value for RJ Young customers choosing to outsource the management of printing, promotional products and fulfillment, and our in-house information technology, web-to-print and document solutions will enhance the value for current ABS customers.”
RJ Young plans to assume management of ABS accounts, estimated at $3.5 million annually, and transition ABS’s 13 employees, by the end of this month. ABS operated for 16 years from their headquarters at 6213 Charlotte Pike in Nashville.
